Three pages are the point here. Defense Assist mirrors the right stick to the left stick on defense. Spot Take rapid-taps the post-up button while held to win position battles. Meter Dunk pins the right stick down while you hold L1 or Circle so the meter fills, and snaps it neutral on release.

Auto Tempo	Off	—	Off	Off	Right-stick shot	Adds tempo to right-stick shots only. Button shooters leave it off.

4 steps

Confirm Defense Assist and Infinite Stamina read On.
Pick a Meter Dunk button you do not already use for something else during a drive, then hold it through a dunk in online MyCourt to see the meter fill.
Turn Spot Take On and hold the post-up button against a defender. It taps for you while held.
Tune Auto-Green and Catch Shoot like any other build: ten reps each in online MyCourt, early → raise, late → lower.
